Meet Our Staff
Leslie Weible
Executive Consultant
Leslie brings more than 35 years of early childhood experience to the Trinity Childcare Center, including teaching third grade for three years and Pre-K for two years and then 30 years in childcare. She has a Master’s Degree from Queens College in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. She has been part of the Trinity Church family her whole life – was baptized and married there - and is thrilled to be part of the Childcare Center now.
Joanna Sapienza
Lead Preschool/Pre-K Teacher
Joanna has been an educator since, 2008, teaching grades 4th, 8th, 9th and 11th grade English. She has also taught English as a second language in various countries, including Thailand and Morocco. Joanna has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Tampa and a Master’s Degree from Hofstra University, along with CDA and TESOL certification.
Laura Anasa
Lead Toddler Teacher
Laura has extensive teaching experiences, as a Kindergarten, 2nd grade and Pre-K teacher. She holds a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from St. John’s University. She has taught Kindergarten, 2nd grade and Pre-K.
Dolly Marquez
Lead Infant Teacher
Dolly has more than five years of experience working with children from birth to Middle school age.
Rebecca Hye-soo Baek
Lead Infant Teacher
Rebecca has a lead teacher certificate and works with children ages from 2-11 months.
